According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No1301 of October 15,2019 On approving the decisions of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of October 15, 2019, Yearly journal of scientific articles “Pravova derzhava” is registered in the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which results of theses research for obtaining a Ph.D. degree can be published (Category "B").

The main purpose and tasks of the publication are the distributing information on scientific researches of fundamental problems of theory and history of state and law, public administration, administrative, civil, enterprise, labor, agrarian, criminal and international law.
